Teare found out he has a stress reaction over USAs and didn’t run between USAs and worlds and hocker got 6th last year at the Olympics which to most people would be considered competitive

I saw the Olympics race and how far behind he was. No one is remotely scared of him at that level. But then he hasn't done anything since then and couldn't even make the US team for his home town WC.

Hocker can be, Teare no. Nuguse can be too. Some don’t write off a career based on a season.
They are both really good.
Just think, that school produced Wheating and Centro at the same tone and then these two.

A tibial stress reaction is just shin splints. He could've just trained for 2 more weeks and pushed through it. Not that serious of an injury
