Seems like a warm time of the day. Women race at 12:20pm, Men at 1pm. Temps likely to be in the low 80’s which is warm, but not terrible (but could’ve been much worse if a heat wave came through Eugene). Temps probably would be way cooler in the evening, but midday is rough if the sun is out.
This is better viewing time for those living in Africa, which is where the medalists are from.
