Any thoughts? Current rumor is that the relay pool hasn't been finalized, with Knighton, Holloway, and Allen all wanting to run. Apparently Noah Lyles was spotted at the USA relay camp too? Is Christian Coleman gonna fit into this too?
Don’t believe the “tweets”. 😂😂😂 that team USA Men Relay 4*100 Team ain’t close to being decided and the relay Pool ain’t no where close to being selected…

Any chance Matt Boling makes the team? He is bad starter so not on leg 1. Maybe leg 2 or 3?
In 1932 the USA sent a 4x1 team to the Olympics, alL these guys did was run that relay. None of our 100m guys like Eddie Tolan were on the team. Yep, they won the gold.
Unless we go that route again no Boling on a USA 4x1 team.
I have thought about this, and it is as clear as mud.
CC on leadoff would be the only leg that I would feel great about.
I would go CC-Lyles-Bromell-Kerley.
Lyles can do an excellent extended second, he really comes on at the end of those straight 100’s. Kerley just showed at nats that he has a turbo gear at 60m, no way would I want to impede that by entering an exchange zone—he has to go on anchor.
Also IMO it would be easier for 3rd to take the stick from Lyles, who I think might be a tiny bit slower than Kerley.
Bromell is the only guy who can both run a good turn and have a takeoff fast enough to accommodate an incoming Lyles.
Sorry about Bracy, but CC seems foolproof on leadoff, Lyles and Kerley must go on the straights, and Bromell seems much better on the turn.
Do members of the team that ran in the prelims and not the finals get a medal too? I bet they're glad to contribute but not happy not having a chance at the finals.
