Yeah, she is right. Letsrun is absolutely horrible at giving interviews. They've been winging it from the start and have never had much competition (because nobody really cares about track).

However, ShaCarri is a joke too. You can talk as much as you want as long as you can back it up. The Jamacians are afraid of her about as much as El G was afraid of Gabe Jennings.

What she says in the interview is not a terrible take overall. I am not saying that I agree that is what is happening after these meets, but it is an opinion that others most likely feel as well. And athletes are entitled to have a voice, opinion, and stance with the media. The problem is that is is coming from a hypocritical source. She gets paid to be an elite athlete, represent her sponsors, have photographs taken of her, and have articles and opinions written about her. As I have stated before, she does not have the support or guidance to help her navigate the fame with professionalism. There is still time for her to learn and grow as an athlete. But what scares me about her trajectory is that it is beginning to feel like an Antonio Brown-type situation. Very little impulse control, unprofessional, and borderline delusional.

Been wishy washy about this girl, can't make up my mind what the think about her. Going to go with.........she has no clue what is going on at all, she simply is not getting any of this.

Maybe somewhere down the road that changes.
