Was ‘watching’ on USATF results site and it looks like Woody dropped a 1:24 last 600 to pass Nur and Bor?
Woody was out of it. Totally out of frame. No chance….but then he closes insanely fast. Amazing. However, the story is Fisher. He’s ready to truly compete for a medal at the wc. That last mile, in that heat, and given his overall time…truly a world class performance.

I always wonder if YouTube athletes BS rest time.
16x400m at mile pace with 1 minute rest just seems impossible to me. I’ll do 16x400m at 5k working to 3k with 2 minutes (lap) and that beats me up pretty good.
