I’m in my thirties, still pretty athletic but a little soft. Ran 5-10 miles per week until a couple years ago when I switched to 10-20, plus some cycling, lifting, etc. Stopped really lifting when Covid hit. Just got a hair under the BQ off of ~25mpw for 3 months so still feel like I largely have it. BUT my explosiveness is gone. Can’t jump, sprint, etc well or without concern of energy because I never do it. SO - I want to mix in 1 sprint workout per week to get it back and maybe get a little less soft. Any guidance?
