tbh he ran 13:17 very recently which might still be in his legs but he has had some poor (by his standards) performances recently

12:50 and 13:17 are magnitudes apart. His 3:34.95 this year is probably more akin to his capability. Here is a link to his progression by iaaf:
He already run 3:28:76 in the 1500m and in one of the most tested track in the world Monaco. None can do such a performance from hazard
