He just graduated from Drake University this year and was unable to compete for the latter half of the season due to a surgery. He ran 3:38 1500 this year. He posts weekly on his YouTube channel on average , varying kinds of workouts. He’s also strong in the 5k and has done amazing workouts in practice

I've watched a few and he seems like a cool dude. The reason I haven't watched more is that his videos are too long on average. Tighten up the editing to keep things around 10 minutes and maybe I'll come back.
Fogg has very long legs and thin hips. In my opinion he has a good build and good levers for running fast, like a sprinter would. I see him as having success and becoming a pro either this year or the next.
He is quite boring. I prefer people like WesFly, cicirunner, and the old AthleteSpecial.

I think he is solid, explains workouts , consistent schedule , and he’s like able. Plenty of curve balls including navigating Covid in Australia , then his family moved to the UK. Big progress last year leading to All American in the mile. Then a tough year this year with illness, appendicitis. Hope he gets a prod deal, good upside
