I’m injured and I started the elliptical today for 50 min. MY LEGS WERE BURNING LIKE CRAZY AT ONLY 10 RESISTANCE. I cannot imagine cracking that thing to 15+, pretty sure i’d only be able to go for 3 min max. My garmin said my heart rate was around 155-170 the whole time and I was drenched in sweat after. Anybody else feel like the elliptical is a crazy hard workout?
