Finally!!
Finally!!
Agreed! I’ve run with her quite a bit and she is so disciplined, hard working, and tough. Toughest athlete I’ve had the chance to work with. Long time coming and well deserved!
I like that she’s not a quitter and has kept at pursuing her running goals.
well deserved
Emily Infeld had the same finishing situation as she did at the 2015 world championships 10k in Beijing when she and Molly Huddle were flighting for 3rd place. But this time the other runner decided to run through the line, instead of slowing down and celebrating before the line like Molly Huddle did in Beijing.
Good for Natosha Rogers for racing the correct way. I like fighters, not people who decide to celebrate before they finish.
She was written off for dead 3 or 4 years ago. Thanks Hansons for taking a chance
I'm in love !!!
It’s even more impressive after going what she did after the 2012 Trials where Shalane Flanagan slowed the race down to wait for Lisa Uhl to tie her shoe to catch back up and b/c of that Natosha missed the world standard by seconds. On top of that, got a nearly career ending knee injury, went to work full time in the corporate world, dropped by New Balance. Those are usually the signs to hang it up but the girl finally got it done.
and she was relaxed........great run, she's back baby

Natosha is such a gritty racer. So happy she finally made the team. Also think she has a bright marathon future ahead.
I like Rodgers and the Hansons and am happy for her. Just slow your roll, fantwits, she was 3rd. Nice domestic runner but don’t get carried away. Hope she runs out of her head at Worlds, regardless of the silliness on this thread. Now go buy your Hansons gear on Running Warehouse to act like you were in her corner all this time.

Stay in your lane, SK.
Just watched replay. Great and gritty finish by Natosha once Emily barely passed her on the home stretch.
Alicia and Karissa both have that extra degree of talent and toughness that separates them from the rest of the field.
even though it was for 3rd place, I thought it was great battle to watch....down the stretch
may I add......inspiring!
Great result for her. I loved her front running racing style in college. She should’ve gone to London
her interviewing skills have also progressed nicely
I don’t run track so there ain’t no lane for me to stay in Mr. Hurley
Shalane has spent her running career in many unethical positions . This above, and having
amy fetch her water bottles during 2016 marathon trials .
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?
