Hi guys.
I am currently doing a 3x8' threshold session -by threshold I mean around my one hour best effort, so no HM pace. 2" jogging in between.
I am thinking about progressing to 4x8'. Same pace, same rest.
Context:
Currently building mileage.
Not 5k pace or something until later in the block.
One speed developement session (hills,long rests, fast short efforts, strides, some drills) every week.
On threshold run.
One moderately long run (1,10h).
Peaking in early november
