Ten days out from goal race. Not sure if 3x3200 is really the workout I want to be doing for a 10k goal race as I don’t want to leave it on the track( Wednesday warrior)…
would 6x1600 at goal pace be a good workout 10 days out with 90 seconds rest?
And better yet, what is your go to workout 10-11 days out before a 10k to give you the mental edge that you are ready to tackle your best?
