I noticed that the link to Alberto Salazar's 1999 Duke University speech ('Locating the Line between Acceptable Performance Enhancement and Cheating') has gone dead.

Thank you. He is also on record stating that doping gives you 2 minutes in the marathon, and that he doped himself as an athlete. That's of course on top of his four year ban for three anti-doping rule violations and his lifetime ban for egregious sexual misconduct.

Not doubting that Salazar doped as an athlete, but do you have a like or source for his statement on the record on this subject?

There was a 3-4 part commencement speech he gave at Gonzaga not long ago that was removed from liberal youtube. Needless to say, it was great.
