I’m a freshmen in high school and in indoor and outdoor track I’ve had my best race in the middle of the season then after that race I just can’t seem to run any faster. For example I ran 5:08 on april 5 but I had my last track meet yesterday and ran 5:22. Not sure why but the 5:22 was SO much more painful and my legs and arms were burning during it. I’m also the only one on my team with this issue so I don’t think it’s a coaching thing. I don’t want to sound annoying but I really just don’t know why this is happening
