Little Debbies Honey Buns and SunBelt Granola Bars are about 330 calories each.
a can of Dr. Pepper is 150 calories. Have one can for every box of Little Debbies (6) and one for every box of Granola Bars (8).
that's 2130 calories for every 'serving' of Honey Buns, and 2790 for each 'serving' of the Granola Bars.
I'm not even going to research what foods give you the most calories, but off of the top of my head I know those foods are high calorie.
I see no reason why someone couldn't do 4-5 servings of each in a 24 hour period. which would be between 19,680, and 24,600.
24,600 calories in this method means simply finishing a serving every 2 hours and 24 minutes. Cram those maybe a little bit closer together to have a sleeping period. Considering I can easily take down a box of either of those in about 20 minutes and then come back and have a large meal 45 minutes later, without any ill effects, I think this would be a piece of cake.
Can anybody explain to me why this is so much harder? I know it'll get harder as the 24 hours goes on, but I picked a really conservative method and still got almost 25,000 calories.
I'd try it myself, but don't know anybody who has so little of a life (I don't live with a bunch of college guys in a dorm anymore) that they'd witness it, so you'd never believe me. Also, I'm not sure I want to devote 24 hours to this (along with 25 bucks). And even if I did have a witness, you'd all just say it was me posting anonymously.
So in the end, I'll probably get ripped on this thread because I won't try it. But I just don't see why it's so hard.
For all these guys that maxed out 10 calories or so, and couldn't move, kind of makes you feel like dopes when you think that Michael Phelps and Lance Armstrong consume 7-8000 calories a day while in heavy training, eh?
