Idk i think a lot of boomers in general and runners were alcoholics back then. They didn't have many forms of entertainment besides getting absolutely blasted.

I partied hard with him. He drank like a water buffalo 🐃 except it was vodka, so we used to affectionately call him vodka buffalo. I still treasure the two bitcoins he gave me as a wedding gift.
