I am a junior in high school and I haven't really gotten a good 1500/mile race in this year because the I was really sick for the one I did run, but I have a big meet coming up where I'm gonna run the 1500 and would love if anyone has a guess at what I can run because I have no idea.
My PRs are:
52.2 - 400m relay split
1:59.8 - 800m (Splits were 59.7->60.1)
9:16.4 - 3000m (~9:56 3200m)
Also here is a workout I ran earlier this week that is probably the most relevant one for 1500 predication that I have done recently, but there was a lot of rest because it was kind of more of a lactic acid buildup workout. Thanks.
