Hey guys. I'm a 4:54 miler and 2:11 800 guy. I just ran 11:00 in the 3200. I've ran 3200 workouts before at 10:40 pace, and this was about 5 weeks ago. I feel like I should be atleast 10:35 shape. During the race, lactate set on heavily very early on, right about after the first mile. What is going on with me? Hamstrings were filled with lactate. I'm just so confused right now.
