Hey all, I'm a decent runner getting my 5k Park run PB at 18:54. However looking at my previous 2 shoes I have massive wear on the outside rear. My cadence is around 178. My shoes are scauony guide 13 and 14 (left is my current pair).
These shoes have a 8mm offset, should I go less offset on my next pair or do I need to increase my cadience as maybe I'm heal striking? I have no idea and any advice would be really appreciated!
