With only that information you would be better off querying a database to find what might be possible on higher mileage.

Or using that race time in a VDOT lookup to see what a trained marathon equivalent would be.

I bet not, but I'd enjoy being proven wrong. IMO train at your current fitness for a while and don't assume you can run faster before you have in a race. Do another time trial 14-12 weeks out and assess fitness from there.
22 weeks is a long time, so yes. You would do well to increase your mileage, and focus on long runs with portions dedicated at or just below race pace.
