All muscle milk is is a decent amount of protein mixed with a somewhat large quantity of MCTs (medium chain triglycerides, a kind of fat that is more readily processed for energy than most fats).
You're not going to see any crazy "results" from it any more than you would from eating chicken breast with some coconut oil.
That being said, if you've got the money to shell out, and are trying to gain weight, go for it. Just know that it's not some magic substance, it's just extra calories, which is what you need to gain weight.
Regarding creatine, that has been discussed at length on this site, there are a few good threads on it.
The following is from the list of ingredients:
Creatine GCC,our proprietary,endongenous creatine precursor(glycocyamine,betaine anhydrous).
Precursor meaning the combined ingredients MAY form creatine.
I like the Cookies N Cream with milk and frozen strawberries and the orange flavor with milk,OJ and frozen oranges. The best tasting protein powder and a light lunch in the summer.

I just tried some this morning, Cookies N\'Cream. Tasted good, but damn I have this sweet aftertaste in the back of my mouth all day. I have eaten lunch, drank two glasses of water and a glass of milk today and still that aftertaste!
The Cookies N'Cream flavor is great. I don't like all the extra calories in it but it's the best tasting protein powder there is. I mix it with gatorade as a recovery drink (orange gatorade + Cookies n Cream muscle milk = dreamsicle flavor, mmm).
MM is great between workouts but is not good as a post workout drink due to the fat content (slows absorbtion considerably). MM has a low glycemic index and you need something with a high GI.

ever took?
Novel idea with the orange gatorade. I'll have to try that. Currently I lean towards Vanilla Creme' mixed with 2% milk ,post workout. Add a banana, apple or orange and that's breakfast. Ditto on the big calorie count, if it promotes lean muscle mass that's been someone else's good fortune. I love the flavor , maybe there's a placebo effect,so I stick with it.
I was lifting last winter at a gym which my buddy owns and after our training sessions he would make me a protein shake with Muscle Milk. I gained 6 pounds in a month and didn't do anything different except drink his muscle milk shakes after lifting. As soon as i figured it out I stopped taking it I lost the weight. It has so much fat. Try a low-fat version and you'll get the same results without the weight gain.
The evidence on MCTs is not too convincing.
The 300 or so calories in a suggested serving of Muscle Milk really isn't anything if you've actually been working in the weight room. Just don't follow that shit about taking it three times a day. That's just absurd unless you're doing some legitimate body building.
i eat that shit for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

MUSCLE MILK!!!
In reality a moderate or high mileage runner will actually require the same or more calories than a similar level body builder. The daily caloric expenditure of a runner avg 15mpd would be even greater.
