I had my first outdoor race of the season, I did the 1600 and the 3200, but the next day I woke up really sore in my calves. I think the soreness could be due to not being due to spikes since it was my first race in them (dragonfly’s) I don’t ever experience calve soreness any other time beside the other day. For more information I normally train in Pegasus 38
two days later and I’m still sore in my calves even thought it isn’t as bad as yesterday. I ran 3 miles really easy yesterday with the sore calves.
I’m wondering if I should run today east or take the next two days off to recover to make sure I don’t get injured
