So I've been training on the track once a week and it's been a blast.
Do any of you Masters runners use spikes for track work ?

I don’t, but I know masters runners who do. If you do enough work on the track, it might be worth it. Definitely, if you do track races.
Yes. You may also want to post this question on the 50+ thread.
I have 4 x 800m in 2:20-2:25 tomorrow morning and will be in Dragonflies. I'm 44.
I don't. I'll wear spikes 2-3 times in the month before a big race, but otherwise, I'll wear a light, responsive shoe for track workouts. I often carry two pairs of shoes to track workouts and switch shoes in the middle just to see if one model feels faster than another or if I have a recurrence of one of my many recurring foot problems.

How many miles on your 'Flies? I just got a pair but plan to just use them in races since they are so light and don't look durable.
I like to, but have to be cautious. I’m 50+, and my achilles don’t tolerate the spikes like they used to. sure love the speed feeling, though.
I do, when I can find a track, or on grass sometimes.
Yes, but only for true speed development (< 120m). Flats for everything else.
No, not enough support and cushioning for my old feet and ankles.
Yes, for drive phase, acceleration, and speen endurance workouts only
