5k: 5:45/mile
8k: 6:05/mile
10k: 6:10/mile
Half: 6:15/mile
Marathon: 6:40/mile
Is this normal to have them all be within a minute of each other? Why do I have such a hard time running faster than 6:00/mile? What do I do about this?

Yep. They look pretty good to me.
That doesn't seem close together at all. 25 seconds per mile difference between 5k and 10k is actually a lot, I think at your level 15 seconds is more typical.

It is not unusual for a decent Marathoner to be 40 seconds off their 5k pace.

that Half seems a very good PB, marathon is consistent with the 10k and then you seem to race 5k better, or you just have more in you for PB for the 8k/10k, and marathon. 5k is hard, period! 8k and above is more aerobic and length
55 seconds is too much from 5k to marathon. Most US marathoners who run 5 minute pace for marathon run about 4:20 pace for 5k.
15 seconds off is insane. I've run a (tiny bit under) sub 16 5k (5:07 pace) but can't run anywhere near a low 33 10k.
They aren't even that close, this is normal.
My 5k pace is 4:25 and my marathon pace is 5:05. Galen Rupp's 5k pace in his prime track is like 4:09 and his prime marathon pace is 4:49
A lot of elite runners can double their distance if they slow down 10-12 seconds per mile. You double your distance by slowing down 15-20 seconds per mile. Pretty normal.

For a high schooler with an underdeveloped aerobic system, sure. But for most experienced runners, 25 seconds is a huge gap. Using the Jack Daniels calculator I just plugged in 16:00 for 5K (5:09 pace) and the equivalent for 10K is 33:11 (5:20 pace). Most calculators would come up with something similar. So a difference of 11 seconds per mile. 25 seconds per mile differential between 5K and 10K is huge!
I'm responding to a thread created by someone claiming his paces are so close together. They're not.
Your times more/less line up. Compared to your 5k, your 10k is a good bit slower than it should be (6-flat pace) but the half lines up & the marathon is maybe 5s/mile slow.
Do you race a lot? Maybe the 10k is outdated. I know plenty of people who PB at 10k during their half marathons simply because they don't race a ton & they're fit.
If you feel like you're stagnating, think about the workouts you're doing. Do you not do enough speed work? Do you always take jogging rests? Shortening/lengthening recovery time + duration can help you get a new stimulus in training.
