If it's 28 degrees F outside, am I being reckless by not hydrating during an easy 14-mile run? Water fountains are still shut off and I hate carrying/stashing water or planning a course that goes by my townhouse every so often.
I would usually consume 6-8oz every 5 miles but my run today tells me that's probably not necessary unless it starts to get hotter outside. Honestly I could've probably done 20 miles today and I doubt I would've felt the need to drink water.
I do hydrate well before and after.
But am I being reckless?
