This question has sort of been in my mind for a while but it's kind of hard because I am in college and the switch would be a lot more difficult to implement here. Basically I think I have a lot more potential as a 400/800 athlete than I do a 800/3k athlete. For reference I am currently running around 70 miles a week and doing distance workouts probably 75% of the time. I do some speed workouts the rest of the time with still a pretty high volume. Would it make sense to run sprints instead at this point as I see a lot of potential there as I don't train for it much and still run good. Times for references
