Will he break 3:00 in Sunday’s ‘Thon for the first time?
Will he carry selfie stick?
my guess = 3:00:56
Winner of contest will receive a link to colorized YouTube vids of Los Angeles before freeways existed and homelessness was rampant.

Not sure but am sure of one thing: the race is a joke. Money top 4 with 4th place $400.
only ASICS runners will be at the front then about a 25 minute break until the first non-Kenyan ASICS runner finishes.
3:07
I’d like to see him break 3 but something tells me it won’t happen.
No; likely sub 3:05.
Chicago, CIM all faster courses than LA. Plus this year slight uphill at the finish not gonna happen.
He certainly seems to have the fitness for a sub 3.

I guess 3:00:45, one second faster than his YT colleague Seth's last marathon.
Anyone know which elites are running this Sunday?

I agree with this. If he'd ditch the camera for one race he could run a bit faster. Probably would've gone sub 3 at CIM. Not here though. Big thanks to Asics for sponsoring his cross country trip to mediocrity.
It’s not too late to get your predictions in. Expect Great Things from a selfie carrying YouTube ‘Thoner.
3:00:30,so close but not quite
Does the hero in a movie kill the villain right away in the opening scene and everybody just goes home? No, entertainment and engagement is all about keeping your viewers hooked for as long as possible with the story of a common family man’s relatable journey through relatable goals. Once you you hit the twos, you’ve left us to become one of them.

Except that people don't watch his videos because for a payoff of him breaking a 3 hour barrier. And of course other youtube vloggers are successful and they run well under 3 hours.
People watch his videos because they also enjoy running, he is a decent guy and he makes enjoyable videos. No need to over think it.
Life is not a movie nor a series of YouTube videos documenting one’s quest to break three hours in the ‘Thon.
More interested in that Taggart guy
I think the guy's best is like a 3:14 or something, excluding the ridiculous downhill marathon where he still failed to run 3:00. Be lucky to break 3:10 but I'm betting 3:13.
Opened with a 20:22 5k 😬
Dialed it back quite a bit now, but still going out hot - predicted 02:55.
Let’s go Master Ko! 2:58:43

Good for him. Looks like he is still on sub 2:56:00 pace at 30k.
