Ukraine is attempting to limit the Russian language, which 70% of Ukraine speaks. Those who can't speak Ukrainian are effectively being harassed and job opportunities are being blocked in many sectors. Zelensky had to learn Ukrainian and still can't speak it, but he was given an exemption because he supports neo-Nazis in Ukraine and brings their militias into Ukraine’s government as part of the ministry of Defense.
A Russian jet took down a $32m american drone by peeing on it (dumped fuel on it). Was that fuel worth $32 million? This cost disparity is equivalent to your moral position in this war. You get peed on.
The result is, you are supporting a Nazi state. Let that sink in....
“It’s particularly troubling that much of the Nazi glorification in Ukraine is government-supported.”
In the present report, submitted pursuant to Human Rights Council resolution 49/1, the Independent International Commission of Inquiry on Ukraine outlines the main findings since the outset of its mandate. The body of evidence collected shows that Russian authorities have committed a wide range of violations of international human rights law and international humanitarian law in many regions of Ukraine and in the Russian Federation. Many of these amount to war crimes and include wilful killings, attacks on civilians, unlawful confinement, torture, rape, and forced transfers and deportations of children.

A day after Poland pledges MiG-29's to Ukraine, Slovakia follows suit. We know that Ukrainian pilots have started training on western fighters in the UK and elsewhere. Will this open the door for more air support from the west? That would be a very significant change in the flavor of the war.
Slovakia on Friday became the second of Ukraine's allies to provide MIG-29 fighter jets which Kyiv believes are crucial to repel Russia's year-long invasion.

The Reaper drone was taken out of the sky after being peed on by Russian jets (they dumped fuel on it). Let's see how the Global Hawk holds up to Russia's pee.

Maybe Palau will chuck in some fish to be thrown at Russia?
Along with Ukraine and america (every year), they have sometimes voted in the past to SUPPORT Nazification at the United Nations.. But not every year like america and Ukraine.
The Biden and Zelensky governments were two or three votes against a Russian resolution condemning the glorification of Nazism. The NATO nations abstained. The United States, Palau, and Ukraine voted against the resolution. T...

Newname - is Ukraine over now? It's been more than three months since you made this guarantee. Try to respond with your own words instead of youtube videos.
well ceccione and newname told me that Putin has legit reasons to kidnap children so I'll go with their advice and blame the US for this.
AFP News Agency @AFP #UPDATE The International Criminal Court on Friday announced it had issued an arrest warrant against Russian President Vladimir Putin for the "unlawful deportation" of Ukrainian children.

from what I've read there are so many SAMs out there that airwar is not very likely on either side. The only reason the US can succeed in the air is stealth and anti-radar missiles. UKR has neither of those, as far as I know.

My understanding is that Ukraine has been using HARM missiles on Soviet era aircraft. The Poles and Slovaks did this as well, so it's more than plausible that the MiG-29's being transferred have this capability.
In any case, the aircraft have value in countering cruise missile/drone attacks behind Ukrainian lines even if the offensive value is limited. With standoff smart munitions, they may be of use against artillery positions on the front lines without unreasonable exposure to Russian anti-aircraft missiles. Don't know how much of this has been supplied to Urkaine or the MiG's ability to support that mission.

I guess the Hague wasn't convinced by Russia's latest messaging war of "Zelensky is the actual nazi."
Have any Putin supporters asked themselves this question?
If Putin was truly waging this war to rescue Ukrainian citizens from Naziism like he claims, then why is he daily obliterating civilian structures with civilians in them? I am unaware of any rescue procedure like that.
Lemme guess, all those videos are fake Western propaganda and not accurate right? Or Ukraine is bombing it's own civilians?
Here, I transcribed the first 90 seconds of your video:
US says it's currently focused on arming Ukraine and not diplomacy with Russia.
The US and NATO countries have decided to ship a huge, wide-ranging package of... ... heavy weapons to Ukraine this year as the war drags on for a second year.
Russia has repeatedly warned West [sic] that arming Ukraine will only prolong the war.
Russian foreign minister Sergei Lavrov said that Moscow is ready for talks... ... if the West suggests discussing ways to ease tensions and not escalate them.
Meanwhile, Washington has batted for 'Just and durable peace' even as it... ... continues to arm Ukraine with armoured vehicles, artillery systems, etc...
Now, I'm just some smarter than average guy on the internet, but if Russia was serious about peace, they could, you know, stop invading Ukraine. This is 100%, "Women should just enjoy being raped, rather than fight back." which, for an Indian newspaper, is probably a fair description of their views.
Zelensky has proposed an absolutely fair peace plan. There's nothing to talk about. Russia can stop prolonging the war whenever they choose. Every day that they decide to continue the war, is a day they - and nobody else - is responsible for the continuation of the invasion.
You know who's vindicated? Everybody that said Putin is an *sshole.

It is really shocking at this point that anyone would even debate why Russia is fighting in Ukraine. If Russia was really concerned about Donbas, then they would have invaded Donbas and left the rest of Ukraine alone. If Russia was really concerned about Nazis, Russia would have made sure that the leaders of the Donetsk and Luhansk independence movements were purged of neo-Nazis (they weren't and there are still lots of neo-Nazis in these groups). If Russia was really concerned about NATO encroachment, it would have been at the negotiating table with NATO before the war and would have accepted a deal that would guaranty Ukraine's security in exchange for Ukraine staying out of NATO.
What Russia is doing is plainly obvious. They want to control Ukraine and have it be a satellite state like Belarus and Kazakhstan. And they want to make it clear to other former Soviet states that they all have to answer to Putin and should not look to the West for anything.
