Hello all,
I tend to think of myself as a true LD runner, however this past indoor season, I only ended up running a single 5k bc of a pretty short indoor schedule for my team and other factors. The 5k was mid-season, on a flat 200m track, and I was by myself for most of the race. Given this, do you think it's reasonable I could extend that pace all the way to a 10k outdoors in a time trial type race where I'm getting pulled along the whole time?
