I am sick every time l see Mary Deckers name in the record books. She was busted for cheating, so there should be no glory for her. The same goes for Justin Gatlin. He was a cheater and will always be known as one. Why do people still say great things about Mary? She is a cheater! Please tell me l am wrong! If l am wrong, then let's honor Ben Johnson too. He is no different then Mary and the others.

We need to cool a lollipop and unicorn world that simply doesn't exist. People do what it takes to win and that is to be expected. Forget this.....well that is cheating.....who gives a damn so what? We were doing whites/speed in high school football. Who doesn't cheat?

Give me the name of any clean world class sprinter......who? So Gatlin was like everybody else that is why he is highly thought of by guys like myself, the history buff.

I disagree, hell it was junior high track. The fastest kid in the county was named Billy Gill he went to a school in Farmersville. So our coach works out a deal with that coach,....Gill will run anchor on our 4x1 at the West Coast Relays. Yep, we cheated stealing an athlete from another school.
And that kind of thing runs rampant in sports as we all know it. I think most people cheat especially in the sports world.
I get the impression that when a lot of Americans say they're for clean sport they are in fact virtue signalling and the truth is they don't care. Likewise the lax attitude towards doping in US pro sporting leagues and NCAA also contributes to this impression.
