We already use Strava to track where the current local portapotties are along our common run routes or closest to the track, but right now this is just conveyed through activity descriptions and comments.
There should be a map showing current portapotty locations similar to how Strava already shows segments. Users could add and remove the portapotty locations and they are added and removed from local construction sites and whatnot.
Just lift your wrist and say, “hey Siri, navigate to Sedona”.
Strava is already doing this, in some form, with user-generated points of interest.

Apparently yes! It was a genius idea than, and it’s a genius idea now.
It seems like the Strava “points of interest” thing is kind of on the right track, but it’s not quite there yet. You could certainly use it to find out where portapotties probably might be, but there doesn’t seem to be confirmation or detail.
For example, if the closest portapotty to my local track gets taken away from the nearby construction site, I would like to know that, and I would like to know where another one is located. The Strava thing now would still designate the old location as a point of interest based on past data, but I would like people to be able to remove the portapotty from the map where the portapotty is removed from it’s location.
I have always imagined something like this, with an extra layer on top.
The app is a simple interface: one button you can press that says "I NEED TO POOP" and without any fuss it immediately starts navigating you to the closest bathroom

At first glance that feature sounds like something that trolls or creeps could abuse. This is coming from the company that originally made everyone's flyby's public by default so you could look up anyone who ran past you and see where they started/ended their run. They seem to only think of privacy when someone points it out
