in the span of two weeks I did my first workouts for this season. Mileage was at 55 avg in these weeks
Did 5x1k with 90 sec @3:28 (3:30-3:29-3:26-3:30-3:26)
2x1.5 tempo w/2 min @5:53
Then 2x1.7 tempo with 130 elevation gain at 5:58
and 5x1200 90 sec recovery @4:13 (4:14-4:13-4:11-4:13-4:17)
The first week's workouts felt really easy and the second week I was a little more tired, was supposed to take a down week but I got a minor hamstring strain and took a week off, back to it now but I'm curious what kind of shape I'm in
PRs from last year (4:50 2:09) with some neg split races of 2:12 going 70-62 and 4:54 going (2:33-2:21) and an 18:30 5k PR road race I ran hungover, only had a 19:32 in HS xc the season before I ran 4:50 and 2:09
