Is there a difference with men's and women's h streets at all, size difference? any structural differences? A men's 9 is the same as a women's 9 for this shoe?

Why would you think that this shoe would be unlike all other shoes with men's and women's sizing?
Just because it is modelled after a track spike, and many spikes are just unisex, besides women's specific models.

I've tried both, and the size difference is about 1.5, meaning a size 8 in men's is equivalent to 9.5 in women's. The only structural difference I've found is the women's feels a bit more narrow in the forefoot. If you have a fairly wide forefoot, I'd suggest sizing up 2 sizes if you want the women's version. Otherwise, it's the same shoe.
