Tested my vertical today for the first time and it was 23 inches.
I used to half-heartedly train for 1500m a few years back (never got past 5:20 mile equivalent lol), but other than this I don’t really have an athletic background.
What do you guys think I can get my vertical leap up to with 8 weeks of consistent training? Years of training?
Or am I practically an old fart now I’m jumping terms and I’m too late to the game?
