I’m a junior in hs and coming off some surgeries and seasons being cancelled bc of covid. as a freshman i was running a 11.5 100, 23.7 200, and 55-56 400. I want to come back this outdoor season and really be competive and i believe I will be. I’m working to get back to peak performance and bring my times down. 1st what is your opinion on my freshman times? 2 if i want to try to be recruited and get offers should I wait until after I’ve run some good times this outdoor season to contact coaches or should i try contacting them now ?
