Hi I am running the 800 this weekend and was hoping for insight on what I could run. I am a girl btw.
Some recent workouts:
6x2 @ 34 with 60 second rest. Did not feel bad until prob the last one.
3x4 @ 67 with 10 min recovery. Felt pretty smooth.
10x150 @ 22 with slow walk back recovery.
4x8 @ 2:48 with 3 min rest, then 4x2 at 33s. Think I could have gone faster in the 8s but I just did the pace I was given.
