You can tell what they think by the size of his team, the lack of kids sticking it out for four years and the roster turn over. He's there to cater to the top kids and crap on the rest.
That quote came from a YouTube channel during a Rich Gonzales interview. Brosnan didn’t create it. The HS kids loved it and made it a thing. It’s motivating if you actually understand. He never says 4:20 is slow or your not good if you don’t run 4:20. It’s the exact opposite. He was saying standards are set and that’s a bad thing. Set no limits.
The shirts are for their Instagram page. It’s fun and motivation. I’m convinced Brosnan is right when he says most coaches won’t put in the work required to be great. Just from the negative comments I see more coaches complaining rather then trying to help their teams be great
