Probably not very fast. Not because they suck, but because it's going to be really windy from 11 am - 9 pm.

+1
There's going to be 20+mph gusts that evening. It won't be pretty:

The forecast for 8pm in Mesa is 3mph.
For much they are pushing this, I think they expect some very fast times.

True, but the only indoor track in CA or AZ is at almost 7,000' elevation in Flagstaff.

Not even close.
The model with the lowest wind speed is currently forecasting 11 mph at 8 pm. Some models are as high as 21 mph at that time:
https://weather.us/forecast/5304391-mesa/xltrend/euro/wind-gustsIf it's really windy, I'm thinking Colin and the Young brother that's running the mile will be around 4:08-4:11.
If it's not too windy, I'm thinking both under 4:05.
I decided those are cold takes so I'll say in good conditions, one runs under 4:02 and one runs under 4:04.
If wind is dying down as evening progresses, can’t he delay the fast heats to later in the evening
Appleford (8:56PB) and Martinez (9:23PB) are both running the 3200.
I say Appleford runs 8:55 (US#1) and Martinez runs 8:59 (US#2)
In the Mile, Colin runs 4:01 (US#1) and Young runs 4:04 (US#2)
So to wrap things up…
Aaron Sahlman: 1:52-1:54
Real Result: 1:53.03
Colin Sahlman: 4:02.5-4:04.5
Real Result: 4:05.13
Dev Doshi: 4:20-4:25
Real Result: 4:24.59
Lex Young: 4:05-4:06
Real Result: 4:08.96
Daniel Appleford: 8:55-9:00
Real Result: 9:00.97
Hector Martinez: 9:15-9:20
Real Result: 9:13.01
