Any advice?
I bought a HR10, used it for less than a year. It started dropping the signal during runs. I changed the battery but then it wouldn't link up to my Apple Watch.
I sent it for service in the country where I live. They said it was corroded inside and implied that it was my fault. They sent it back, saying they cleaned it, but if, it doesn't work I should buy a new one. Sure enough, it was not fixed. They lied to me. It did not connect to any of my Bluetooth devices.
I contacted Global Customer Services via DM on Twitter and they ran me around saying I should send it for service and whatever they say, goes.
I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but...
I got a lemon of a HRM and a very sour customer service experience. Does anyone here work at Polar or know somebody who might be able to set this right?
