Rather, sharing some excellent and specific information in English regarding their winter training from Kristian Ulriksen (who live with Moen many months). Big base of training around lots of hours without lactate problems or mechanical problems. Less load on the body.

AM 5x6 minutes treadmill med 60 sec rest (1.8mmol- marathon pace)/PM 20-25x400m 30 sec rest (10k-5k pace)
TH
AM 5x6 minutes treadmill med 60 sec rest (1.8mmol- marathon pace)/PM 8-12x1k 2.5mmol-10k pace)
Sat
2x (10 x 200m hill- ~5% degree) jog back recovery with 5 minutes between the two sets- 5mmol first set of 10- as high as 10mmol second set last rep
No “long” runs (70 minutes) - JI has never done more than 21km EVER
Easy days very easy- purpose to build mileage, not really purpose for training
