Do you know your body fat reasonably accurately (through like a water weighing pod or DXA scan etc.) and have visible abs, and if so, what’s your fat %?
Can abs show at 15%? I know I’m at 14.5% fat through a recent DXA and some of my bottom ribs are visible, yet no sign of abs. I have pics from a few years back with visible abs when flexed back when I was swimming a ton and doing very modest weights but I have no idea what fat % I was at then. Was probably slightly lighter then but only by 3-4 pounds.
I’m weight training aggressively these days including ab workouts, and and ideally prefer not to lose any more weight in fat unless I’m able to offset it by gaining muscle weight. My caloric intake is probably near maintenance leaning towards a (modest) deficit.
