3 x broken 600 (90s rest between reps, 7min rest between sets)
400/200 - 53.0, 28.0
300/300 - 42.0, 41.5
200/200/200 - 27.0, 27.5, 27.5
This was solo and a pretty big effort. Thoughts?

My prs are
50.00 open 400
1:53.7 4x800 relay split
4:17 full mile
1:52.06
I don't know how many races you've had under your belt, probably not many at this point but I'd say 1:50.5 - 1:52
Maybe 1.55.
Sounds like you're in good shape. I'd say you have a 1:53-1:54 in you right now.
Update:
I just finished 3 x broken 800s
2 minute rest between reps, 9 minute rest between sets
500: 71.0 (400 in 56), 300: 42.0
400: 55.0, 400: 57.0
200s: 27.5, 27.0, 27.0, 26.5
Thoughts?
No races yet, I have a little less than two weeks until meets start

Looks like you went out a little hot on the 400? I assume if you went 55 then you could have done better than 28 on the 200. The thing that caught my eye however is the final set -- those 2s seem slow compared to the rest of the workout.
I'd be willing to be you run a season-opener at 1:55 range but fully expect that you can run faster later on.
Maybe not in your 1st race but I think you can come close to 1:50 this season or next. Dream big & keep working hard.
Not enough information. What do run for the 10yd dash?
Yes, I was a bit anxious at the start of the workout, so I went out a bit too fast. I appreciate the analysis.
Update:
Ran 2:28.07 in 1k, 4:18.39 in mile a couple hours later and 50.9 in 4x400 for the season opener
