The most amazing thing about the zoomX dragonfly is how my lower limbs feel so UN-beat up after hard sessions. I did 10x 1k today on the track and feel fresh as a daisy after.
If I did that in my old victories or ventulus I would barely be able to walk from Achilles/ foot soreness.
How are the Zoomx TRAINER options? As far as I can tell, the trainers with Zoomx are the invincible, the zoom tempo, and the vomero.
Anyone have any feedback on any of these? Do they similarly leave the legs less beat up??
Anyone putting in decent miles on any of these and finding them worthwhile??
