I am new to running in spikes, and was wondering whether this would work. So I do the 800, 1600, and 3200 for track. I was wondering If I could get away using the Nike Victory XC 5 spikes for track season, then the following cross country season. If anyone owns these, how durable are they/how many miles do they last? Lastly, I was wondering whether or not spikes on the xc-5's are removable. If so, I could also use them as "flats" for rougher courses, right? Thank you!
