I am 14 years of age, and I am struggling to see improvement in 800m, 1500m and 3k. For these distances, my goals are: 800m; 2:20 1500m; 4:35 3km; 10:00. I know I have the capability to run these but my PB's are only: 800m: 2:29, 1500m: 4:49, 3km: 10:24. Here is what a typical week would look like for me(this is1500m specific):
Monday: 3 x 1600 slightly slower than 1500 race pace (for some reason I struggle with this one).
Tuesday: Easy jog 6km.
Wednesday: 4 x 600 at 1500 race pace.
Thursday: Easy jog 6km.
Friday:6 x 300 slightly faster than 1500 race pace.
Saturday: Easy 6km.
Sunday: Rest.
Also, how would I train for all three events simultaneously?
