That’s the standard that was established for Vin.
The incestuous relationship between Max and the Board (he came from the Board) and the Board and Nike may not be criminal but I’m glad the feds are looking into it. If USATF was just more transparent and remembered their priority is supposed to be their members and they published the tax return the first day they could, were more transparent about Max’s pay package, etc - the feds might not be wondering what is going on.
They have done things outside of non profit norms so let’s shine some light on this. Hopefully it turns out to be nothing.
