Sometime my coach has us do a sprinting day where the total mileage in under 1 mile and then we don’t do a cool down. Would it be ok for me to run 10-20 minutes after practice alone?
Sometime my coach has us do a sprinting day where the total mileage in under 1 mile and then we don’t do a cool down. Would it be ok for me to run 10-20 minutes after practice alone?
Yes. Get in a very easy jog as it will help you flush the legs out. Be sure to stretch though since you didn't cool down after your workout and might be very tight. But getting a couple extra miles in on a day where you didn't get any as a distance runner isn't a bad idea
