In this podcast, she talks about doing long runs with the Bowerman Bros. She says, "Sometimes the pace gets down into the 5:20s and I hold on for dear life". I found this amusing, but also quite impressive. She said her favorite type of pain is the grind of a long tempo run/long run. She has also done very impressive threshold sessions that point towards impressive endurance. Without a doubt, she could do very well at the marathon especially where she'll be at in her career when her ban is lifted. I heard the plan is 10k/half marathon in 2024 and then half marathon/first marathon in 2025 and beyond.

Please don't turn this thread into a doping thread, there are plenty of those (I'M SERIOUS). I'm talking about after her ban is lifted so no need to talk about it. Also, listen to the podcast clip before presuming to know what she said.
Shelby vs Gidey in Paris. I'm taking Shelby.
