Those countries probably don't have NICU wards in every city filled with illegal drug dependent babies.

But Blacks in Martinique, Guadeloupe, Barbados, Curaçao and the Virgin Islands and Hispanics in Puerto Rico and Cuba all have higher life expectancy than the US.
