Long story short, I’m following my coaching plan I had from years ago. Mostly easy days, and right now mostly R-paced focus workouts.
Last weeks’ hill workout was 7x40seconds/80 seconds hard/easy on a slight hill. Today, the workout was basically the same, w/ simply two additional reps added.
However, my left knee really started to bother me, and I just felt overall not very good (poor sleep last night as well). After about rep 4, I bailed on the workout. I then did just a brief run of about 5-6 mins to get home.
So, tomorrow, if I get the knee feeling better, could I try it again?
